Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Regional Sales Representative to drive our business growth across Maharashtra and neighboring states. Based in Mumbai or Pune, the candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, nurturing long-term relationships, and consistently achieving regional sales targets. The role involves frequent travel across cities in West India for client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand sales in Maharashtra and nearby states, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account management.
- Plan and conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations across the assigned region.
- Identify and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead progress, client feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and local networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory: Must own a car and possess a valid driving license (regional travel is required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and West India.
- Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
