About the Role:
Customer Capital (CC) is looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design, strong visual aesthetics, and the ability to lead and execute end-to-end design processes. You will play a key role in building engaging, consistent, and user-friendly experiences across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces.
- Strategize and implement UX processes, design operations, and maintain scalable design systems.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret feedback to improve design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
- Lead small design teams or cross-functional initiatives to drive UI/UX best practices.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements, design language, and user interactions across platforms.
Requirements:
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience working with Figma AI, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
- Solid skills in usability testing, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design thinking.
- Strong understanding of UX strategy, design operations, and design system development.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, product companies, or travel tech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Good grasp of usability principles, user flows, and interaction design.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a small team is a plus.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
