About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5–8 years of expertise in Predictive ML, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning solutions, while leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers. You will work at the forefront of AI technology, delivering impactful, business-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Build AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI-powered solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Model Engineering: Design, implement, and deploy ML, deep learning, and LLM-based models into production.
- Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI, applying them in practical use cases.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior AI engineers, providing technical direction and support.
- Cloud Integration: Architect and deploy AI solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure, leveraging native GenAI services.
- Data Processing: Extract, transform, and load large datasets using SQL and ETL pipelines.
- Agentic AI Development: Build intelligent agents using frameworks such as Autogen, Langgraph, CrewAI, and Agentforce.
- Business Alignment: Translate business requirements into scalable and impactful AI solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
Technical Expertise:
- Machine Learning: 5+ years (Advanced)
- Artificial Intelligence: 5+ years (Advanced)
- Deep Learning / LLMs: Experience in fine-tuning and deploying large models.
- Generative AI: 2+ years (Prompt engineering, embeddings, vector DBs like FAISS/Pinecone, RAG systems).
- Python & Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (4+ years), Azure (3+ years), GCP (3+ years).
- SQL & ETL: SQL (4+ years), ETL workflows (3+ years).
- Agentic AI: Autogen, Langgraph, CrewAI, Agentforce.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
