About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior/Lead UI React Developer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and visually engaging web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable front-end architecture using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux/Context API
Translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into responsive and pixel-perfect web interfaces
Optimize components for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Integrate frontend with backend systems using RESTful APIs
Follow and enforce UI/UX best practices, maintain code quality, and create reusable component libraries
Conduct thorough code reviews, performance tuning, and implement CI/CD practices
Mentor junior developers, provide technical leadership, and ensure adherence to frontend standards
Debug and resolve frontend rendering or interaction issues quickly and effectively
Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) and localization (i18n/l10n) guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of experience in frontend development, primarily with React.js
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
Expertise in React Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture
Proficiency with modern frontend tooling and workflows: Git, Jira, Webpack, etc.
Hands-on experience with responsive design and mobile-first development approaches
Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and multilingual support (i18n/l10n)
Experience with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress

Good to Have:

Experience with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), or Static Site Generation (SSG)
Understanding of Micro-Frontend Architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing/blogging
